If you don’t already know the name Jonathan Majors, then it’s time to lift the rock you’ve been living under. In 2017, Majors was a student at Yale- yes, we said Yale- when he was cast for the television series, When We Rise. His performance as a young Ken Jones during the Stonewall riots of 1969 was brilliant, and it launched his career to new heights. 

Jonathan plays Atticus Freeman, and he brings the pages of Matt Ruff’s novel, Lovecraft Country- published by HarperCollins- to life. The series is produced by Oscar-winning director Jordan Peele as well as Star Wars producer JJ Abrams.
